- Online Web is responsible for assisting customers in fixing all website-related errors.
- Online Web pledges not to charge any fees related to errors arising from the website.
Exclusions from Warranty:
- Customers requesting extensive modifications/changes beyond the original template design. Online Web only provides free support for minor adjustments.
- Customers are entirely responsible for the content (including objectionable content) they publish on their website.

1. System errors: These are unusual occurrences appearing while using the website.
Including:
- Abnormal slowdown of the system compared to regular daily operations.
- Inability to access the website (homepage and subpages) or unstable access despite a stable internet connection, while the website's maintenance time is still active.
- Automatic page redirection without mouse clicks or actions leading to the redirection.
2. Website errors: These are errors related to the interface and actions within the content management system.
Including:
- Incorrect display on the interface compared to the original design (as per the template or individual design) on mobile devices and web browsers.
- Data displayed incorrectly compared to input data in the content management system.
- Content overflowing the frame, even though it was entered as instructed.
- Images/content disappearing or appearing differently compared to the design and usage instructions.
